Magnolia Shield Law messaging terms

Client intake and appointments: Text messages may include scheduling an initial call, appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, requests for information, status-related customer-care communications, and secure links for electronic documents.

Consent

When you check the SMS consent box on a Magnolia Shield Law form, you expressly consent to receive customer-care SMS communications from Magnolia Shield Law at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm.

Opt out

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Personal information and SMS consent are handled as described in our separate Privacy Policy.
